The Rollei Astro filter reduces unwanted effects of light pollution and increases contrast and clarity.

The filter reduces the unwanted yellow and orange components of the light thanks to a special coating extensively and ensures that even difficult structures and transitions are still displayed reasonably and do not "tear out".
The night and starry sky, partially or only sparsely lit building panoramas clearly gain in contrast and definition, even extremely distant and barely visible stars can appear clearly and distinctly on the astrophoto.
