Special star filter Hoya Sparkle 6x creates moderately-sized 6-point stars on point light sources.
Unlike standard star filters, the effect produced by Hoya Sparkle more gently enhances the lights in the image, making it well-suited to astrophotography and night shooting. Even without any light sources in the frame, the Sparkle filter can be used to create a soft effect on the image and subject making it truly versatile.
